Another murder trial continuing in Kiwiland - the David Bain family massacre retrial - Hutts Challenge day four

Hutts Challenge. Day Four:
While yesterday I wrote about Little Pumpkin's father's trial for murdering her mum and his wife, another controversial trial has been continuing in the High Court in Christchurch. The most expensive case in the history of NZ law.
Fifteen years ago David Bain was found guilty of the mass shooting murder of his entire family: father, mother, two sisters and younger brother in Dunedin. His appeal was also unsuccessful. However, after serving nearly 13 years in Christchurch Prison, an appeal that was lodged with the Privy Council in London, was successful. He was released from prison after a retrial was lodged with the NZ High Court. There was obviously some evidence to be given at the retrial. You aren't supposed to make public comment during a trial, but my post here won't influence anybody - I can't for the life of me see the new evidence? The case is nearly over and all I can see is the Defence trying to create some doubt in the minds of the jury! They will be lucky!
David Bain was a horrible little man 15 years ago, and in my opinion the jury will find he remains a horrible little man after the retrial.
Never heard of the David Bain murders and trials? Make a date with Dr Google some time!
