Gone are the economics of the 20th century

Beware the job market of the future — and present, for that matter.
Anything in the financial sector is suspect. The traditional banking and money-lending policies are up in smoke. There is no changing this reality. The better jobs are ones in which you're own personal creativity is brought to bear. Examples include writing (especially fiction and screenplays), acting, singing, dancing, Internet-related business, social networking and the like. Jobs are not being generated by large companies. Jobs and being generated by individuals who can anticipate the global online world of the future.
Likewise, any government-related enterprise is a dinosaur awaiting extinction. Public schools are being left way behind as their financing has evaporated. On the positive side is the medical field, which is exploding. Industrialized nations like Japan and the U.S. have a rapidly aging population and sub-zero percentage population growth (especially Japan at present).
Keep in mind the very professors you trust in college now are the ones who have created this disaster. Do we just follow them over the cliff?
This is Rad signing off — for now.
