Little Pumpkin's father on trial for murdering her mother - Hutts Challenge Day three ...

Many of you would remember the posts I wrote in 2007-08 about "Little Pumpkin", the little Chinese girl whose mother was killed in Auckland, NZ, and was taken to a Melbourne, Australia, train station where she was abandoned by her father, who then fled by plane to the US.
After being picked up by Melbourne rail authorities she was handed over to child welfare authorities who discovered the identity of the little girl over the next few days. She was eventually sent back to NZ and looked after by an adult half-sister and grandmother from China.
NZ police found a body of a woman in the boot of the little girl's father's car - outside the family home in Auckland. It was her mother An An Liu.
Eventually her grandmother was given custody by the NZ Family Court who allowed her to be taken back to China to live, where she is to this day.
US Marshals finally tracked down her father, Nai Yin Xue, in the US, who arrested him for deportation until New Zealand police authorities were able to take him back to NZ - he is a NZ National and liable for trial in New Zealand.
Nai Yin Xue, aged 55 years, is on trial in Auckland for the murder of his wife of 4 yrs, An An Liu, the mother of the abandoned girl who is his daughter, Quian Xun Xue - better known to New Zealanders and a number of bloggers as "Little Pumpkin".
I have written thousands of words about the little girl's situation, and I am absolutely pleased her excuse for a human father, is on trial for the murder of her poor mother.
Apparently he is a trained martial arts instructor, is a callous and dangerous individual, and was actually potted to police in the US by members of a Chinese community who realised who he was and wanted the despicable SOB arrested. About six Chinese men apprehended and sat on him until local American police arrived to arrest him. He was then handed over to US Marshals for deportation back to NZ.
Justice has finally been served and awaits a jury's decision in an Auckland, New Zealand High Court. Proceedings continue.
